As of September 30, 2015, compared with the same period last year, the pre-tax profit for this half year increased by 16%, reaching 40.5 million euros.

Although the packaging department only increased by 4% on a year-on-year basis, the amount was still very staggering, with sales rising by 20% to 663.2 million pounds.

In 2014 and 2015, RPC Group completed two very important acquisition projects, one is Pronmens, a leading European manufacturer of plastic products and PET Power, and the other is a Dutch-based company that provides PET products for the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical markets. Manufacturer.

In the past six months, RPC Group completed two additional acquisitions. In May 2015, RPC acquired a Belgium-based start-up company operating stackable PET containers. In June, RPC Group acquired Depicton, which mainly deals in cosmetic catheter packaging products. At present, the company's product line and business are all transferred to the Beccles unit and integrated with M&H Plastics.

RPC Group has built 18 design and engineering R&D centers, 89 production bases, and more than 15,000 employees in 24 countries around the world.

RPC CEO Mr. Pim Vervaat said: "The performance in the first half of this year was not very satisfactory due to polymer time lag and foreign exchange market resistance. In the second half of the year, as polymer prices eased and additional Premens synergies, the company's development gradually entered management expectations status."
